Visitors who purchase a $5 PHLASH pass can enjoy 60% off daily parking rates at select Philadelphia Parking Authority garages.
To Redeem:
- Enter participating Philly Parking Authority garage after 9am.
- Exit the participating parking garage by 7pm.
- Present your PHLASH Pass at the garage management office.
